How long does it take to process my custom order?

Since each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

What is your return policy for personalized items?

Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, RichyCustoms ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

How should I care for my custom apparel?

To preserve the quality of the prints and fabrics, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry.

Can I change my design after placing an order?

You can request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the production process begins and modifications can no longer be made.
