At RichyCustoms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
